Greentech Hub, formerly the Tanzania Association of Environmental Engineers (TAEEs), supports community initiatives that create income opportunities, conserve the environment, and strengthen resilience to climate change. Through its partnership with Mkomboe, the organisation supports communities in Kyamwame and Nyamunga villages in Rorya District and Etaro village in Musoma Rural District.

The partnership began with a poultry farming project that helped a community group generate income through egg production. It later expanded to include fish farming as part of the blue economy initiatives, vegetable gardening, and beekeeping, giving households more ways to earn a living and meet their food needs.
